1. Who we are

SleepSkr is developed by tobeamaki.store, an independent creator project based in Luxembourg.

2. Data we collect

The following data is generated and stored exclusively on your device via Android Room Database:

· Sleep sessions (bedtime, wake time, duration, quality, mood, dreams, wakeups)
· User preferences (language, theme, notification time)
· Learning progress and streak data
· Science screen state (which content has been unlocked and read)

This data never leaves your device unless you voluntarily export it as CSV.

3. Daily content unlocks — "Sleep to Learn"

The unlock system that powers the Sleep to Learn experience is computed entirely on-device. The app checks your local sleep log to determine which educational content to display. No external server validates your sleep data, no content is fetched remotely, and no unlock logic is transmitted over the network. All content ships inside the app itself.

4. Storage and security

Data lives in a local SQLite database managed by Android Room, protected by your device's built-in security model. We have no access to this database and no ability to retrieve it. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all your data.

5. Solana wallet & donations

The Solana Mobile wallet connection is entirely optional. The app works fully without any wallet. When you connect a wallet via Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA 2.0), only your public address is read and stored locally. Your private key is never accessed, transmitted, or stored — it never leaves your wallet app.

Donations (new feature): The Profile screen includes an optional donation feature that lets you send a voluntary SOL tip to the developer. When you tap Donate, the app builds a SOL transfer transaction and forwards it to your wallet app for review. You approve or reject the transaction inside your wallet before anything is broadcast. Once signed and sent to Solana Mainnet the transaction is irreversible and publicly visible on the blockchain. The app calls api.mainnet-beta.solana.com only to fetch the blockhash needed to construct the transaction — no personal data is sent in this call.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of Solana Mobile or any connected wallet application.

6. Android permissions

POST_NOTIFICATIONS — To send optional sleep reminders at times you configure. No notification data is shared with us.
INTERNET — Used only when you initiate a donation: one RPC call to api.mainnet-beta.solana.com to fetch a blockhash for the transaction. Never used for tracking, analytics, or any background network activity.

7. Third-party services

SleepSkr integrates no third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services. No SDKs from Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook, or any equivalent are present in this application.

8. Children's privacy

SleepSkr is not directed at children under 13. Since we collect no data from anyone, this requirement is inherently satisfied.

9. Your rights

Since all data resides on your device, you have full control at all times:
· Access: View all your data within the app
· Export: Export as CSV from the Profile screen
· Deletion: Wipe all data via "Delete my data" in Profile settings
· Portability: Your CSV export is yours to use freely

10. Changes to this policy

If significant new features are added that change how data is handled, this policy will be updated and an in-app notice displayed. The effective date above will be revised accordingly. SleepSkr is and remains a local-only application — no cloud sync is planned.
